I didn't realize you are flipping it, so, you have to deal with her interfering or giving bad vibes to your buyer.I would offer one last bit of advice...lawsuits rarely help, they often cost more than the money recovered or profited, they tend to escalate hostility and then even if you do win a judgement, collecting money from someone with no assets, is not so easy, if at all possible.I would say you are better off trying to work with her, find out her work schedule and show the place when she is at work, so no smoke will be present.

I’ve only had to do one eviction and when I tried to get a judgement for back rent and damages I was unable to find her to serve the notice for a hearing and therefore was unable to get my judgement.
