Also, if there are any common areas or outdoor areas that use electricity, the solar could be put solely towards that to save the owner money.How long it would take to generate money would be hugely different from state to state.

Mildewcides, fungicides, insect repellants, etc. are fine outside when there is plenty of ventilation (aka being outdoors), but inside is a horrible idea.

People will tell you it's an expensive project that requires taking the cabinets apart and bringing them outdoors to be sprayed, but you don't have to do that.

Examples - he built an unpermitted outdoor canopy for his tools that's connected to the main structure, reversed the laundry hookups to run outside rather than inside, converted an interior patio into a closet, and even worse put together a 'shanty' on the side of the house for someone who sleeps in the backyard (this was hidden under tarps and I discovered this - not my inspector).I contend that I have plenty of support for an eviction, but I discussed this with someone from a local apartment owners association, and she said that I wouldn't have a right to evict.

And it's to do the following upgrade:1. install a six-pack meter box,each MAIN breaker under each unit's meter will be a 60 amp breaker, twice the power presently provided to each apartment. 300 amp copper wire pulled through conduit and connected to meter box2.install 100 amp OUTDOOR panel on the side of each unit (currently the fuses are inside the closets). 60 amp wire run through crawl space and 1"PVC conduit buried 18" deep between each unit, provide 60 amp of power to each new panel on each apartmentChris, I guess you are happy you don't live in CA!
