Can we do preliminary work prior to the permit (any demo or framing of walls)?

His current 9 to 5 is doing yacht maintenance but is skilled in many other home repair fields such as demo work, dry wall, painting, carpentry and finishing work.

It looks like maybe they bought a place and did some demo and now want to ditch it.

Looking for a Baltimore area junker/demo guy.

Depending on my budget and time availability, I do some demo, connecting sinks and faucets, installing lights and fans, pine straw, etc.

We purchased a SFR in February, signed a contract with this contractor, and began demo/reno shortly after. 

Or build townhomes or demo/rebuild luxury spec homes in highly sought after areas in town.
