Obviously, there are countless other questions to ask but all that to say is, it is a very personal question of whether one should go to college.

After reading a couple of dozen books and watching countless hours of videos and listening to many hours of CDs I'm desperately searching for a real estate group to meet with in the Houston area, unfortunately im not having any luck, I believe because of covid!

Not to mention I've read countless books that cost about $10-15 per book, attended REIA and other investor meetings and read articles/blogs, listened to podcasts and watched youtube videos all for free.

I've purchased countless books and programs but BP and local networking meetings are by far my best resources.

Buyers can go on zillow, trulia, or any countless other site and know true values and be more educated than the broker.This is what happens when there is market disruption.  

I've spoken to countless homeowner's and they all say the same thing about mailers, " I get dozens of mail from people saying they want to pay cash for my house and I just throw em in the trash .
