From the ones you have chosen, I would pick the community that is closest to a city or where everyone is working.

These are nice areas and probably difficult to cash flow, but which do you think it's most possible to get deals that come closest, surprise, queen creek?

Find the REIA closest to you, there will be some tire kickers and some opportunists, but a lot of us are more than willing to have a chat with you.

I think the closest spot near me that you cover would be Indianapolis.
