Hello Real estate champions,Tomorrow I am meeting with a potential seller on a 2-unit , seller financed propriety and need some advice.

The voice # can be forwarded to ring your phone, or sent to voicemail w/o turning your phone off if you don't want to be bothered.

The city was built first, then the inner ring suburbs, etc.

With that, would it be a bad idea to install more Ring cameras, in addition to a smart-lock, and give each contractor remote access? 

Or at least require some gold chains, a purple suit, and a pinky ring?

Had a plumber out to fix a broken pipe after the recent freeze (thankfully only one leak), and he said their phones have not stopped ringing since.

You would be surprised how much online shopping your guests will do and being part of a community gives them a sense of security.As far as parking, my HOA is super strict, you can barely add a ring camera, which keeps the community very nice and clean but can be a pain sometimes.Building in a different area I haven't considered.
