The federal government has given Texas a few billion dollars to hand out to landlords who are having these types of tenant issues.  

The group is for those who see the big picture, those who are not content with merely making a million, it is for those with the steel to reach for the billions, and the truly elite level.

But in a town that does $2 billion in real estate per year it strikes me as odd that the 100+ users would not be able to refer a single person to offset some of the $40k it will cost to fully pay for the truck.We will see.....
