I’m not really qualified to participate in this post, but Portland brings back a lot of memories. 

I require them to be listed, so as to memorialize the number of people actually living there and to gauge what to charge for security and to ideally prevent someone from moving their kid in with 4 kids of thier own.  

Got the same coach, learned the same stuff and then some, but gained the refresh to bury deeper into my memory of how to do the basics.

It's also been two years since I read the original and we all know how reliable memory is..Like any book, take everything with a grain of salt & nothing as gospel, and you will garner plenty of value from it!

No, that's not the case and all my Realtor Partners will say different.But let's take a trip down memory lane.  

Short term memory is a key sign of a bubble.

My niche since 2010 is helping seniors downsize into low and no maintenance living (think 55+ communities, independent living cottages, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care). 

You might also look into the group "DIG" in the Philadelphia (Ft Washington if memory serves me) area.The resources are all out there, I would suggest asking specific questions that let others know that you are at least looking to involve in a BRRR and aren't looking to shortcut one.

BTW the REIA of LA meets up once a month at the Veteran's Memorial Park on Overland.

This is a memory maker and keeps people coming back.
