I had dinner with retired banker from there last night.

I had dinner with the 2013 and 2014 award winners last night (who have also won Houston Apartment Association and Texas Apartment Association awards) and discussed what they are doing at their complexes that I can think about or borrow for mine.  

I do not watch TV, even during dinner...

Easy, I did a text blast to all of them stating dinner and drinks on me, the date and time being held at Michael Simmons B spot restaurant (I posted a pic of the text on my instagram page) .

really depends on what niche an agent is in.when I sold real estate I was a land specialist..so my week days were spent in the morning getting to the golf course by 10am finishing about 3pmgo home.. check my message machine ( remember those)  eat dinner then at about 7pm ( after everyone was done with dinner) hit the phones for about 1 hour setting up appointments for the weekend showings.

I think it can make Thanksgiving dinner or social gatherings awkward if something goes wrong.
