Would you allow a Dr to stich your wound up, or try it yourself?

I agree that if you sell, treat the wound that's bleeding most severely first.

I just had tenants do this with like 5 days notice.there was a buy out clause in the lease but I wound Up discountiNg because I could find a tenant.

If I mentioned  "subject to", "wholesale", REO, "short sale" they get all wound up.

He actually wound up losing money cause he went through the Board.

We wound up going head to head with their agent and their managing broker to get them to honor the terms.

I still have unhealed wounds (mentally) from 2006 purchase, so am still scared. 

If you forever keep that bandade on, the wound won't heal.While you do DMM you need to keep working on SEO so that people find yo online.Keep this in mind.. if no one searches for probates online, it simply means there are not many probate leads out here.

But i will keep educating myself and hopefully atleast get one deal so i can show my 80 year old mother that i can make it as an investor.. i love RE and wanted to be an agent years ago but i aslo had a drug problem and wound up with some felonies.. now im over two years sober and my family is proud of me.. i try to help the home owners not irritate them.. my dream is to be like several of yall thats on this thread but until i can buy my own property i pray i can atleast find a buyer for the leads i have coming in.. thank yall for all the education and information.

I think any realtor on this forum can tell you a story about a seller who should have taken the first offer, and wound up taking much less much later.
