The only thing I could suggest is maybe call up there and ask to speak with a supervisor.

[BTW - building up the guest's experience should be everyone's top goal since that will lead to higher, positive feedback which will then impact the decision to book for the next guest.]I suggest you employ a supervisor who would then hire property management groups within each state or region where your properties are located.

I would be willing to bet a small sum of money there are more incidents of traditional workplace violence than real estate agents being subject to violent acts showing/viewing houses.
