What you need to decide is: are you able/willing to put in time (as much (or more) as you put into your woodworking business - beautiful work btw!!!)

I have had experience in the past where some other agency like DCA (Georgia Department of Community Affairs) that will.come out of the woodwork and start auditing and making sure the rents are controlled.

That'll bring the arb aficionados and wannabes out of the woodwork on this forum...Why does a "management" company need an investing partner?? 

As far as we know she didn't owe anything but i dont want some creditor to come out of the wood work claiming some debt and not have the money to pay it.

They did BLOOD red on the walls AND ceiling, and partially painted all the woodwork BLACK lol.

Bring it up in all your touch points what you're doing and people with money come out of the woodwork.

I have my own woodworking business and have recently redone my basement.

Unless you want to do wood working for a hobby or something.

@Robert Wood Work out a settlement for half at 750 and get it signed and be on your way and she’ll be on her way.

What a horrible situation to be faced with.I'm not saying that you have any bad intentions but let's say a son or daughter comes out of the woodwork six months down the road and claims you took their inheritance?
