Some where that you would go on vacation  with your family and everyone Luke it there.Myrtle beach is great. one of my west coast clients bought a fully permitted STR in Charleston SC for about 800k and that property when  she bought it probably was worth maybe 600k without the permit..

Now, it's paid off fully, worth about $65k, I self-managed it from the west coast and it's brought in over $40k in gross rents cash flowing about $800/month.

We have a CA LLC (H3 Properties) but need another LLC for a partnership STR investment on the East coast.  

I purchased land and built a place in Las Galeras, Samana which is an up and coming spot on the Northwest coast. 

I am currently a licensed realtor for New Western, a broker that specializes in off-market distressed real estate.
