Hello I'm needing a little help, there is a pretty small empty lot (house isn't there anymore only the old concrete steps left buried under overgrown vegetation) next door to the small home my husband and I remodeled from the dirt up.  

Mostly and specifically you want all vegetation and soil below the bas line of slab foundation.

We'll see about how long it will really take since the old Kings won't give up their fortresses without a fight :-) but in the end the winds of change are shifting to push us forward into the direction the human race needs to go anyway - more temporary, versatile, sustainable, cheaper, mobile and modular living.The Elephant in the RoomA very interesting and sad documentary can be seen on Netflix or iTunes called "The Hunting Ground".

I would think a queen would be better as you can fit 2 kids or 2 adults, just a little more versatile.  

Landscaping with a lot of vegetation can require more upkeep, watering and debris removal.It's not uncommon with a multifamily property for the landlord/owner to assume major responsibility for the yard upkeep. 

Given its versatility and customizability.

All in all, it is versatile packages for all types of businesses.

I am looking for someone who is versatile that can do small projects to larger turn-overs. 

As part of approving an animal occupant the tenant and landlord will identify locations for items such as food and water dishes, areas for bodily functions to not harm grass or other vegetation, specific areas within the property and home that the animal can occupy.
