Fast forward just a few months, first deal is closed, major renovations a month under way, and it’s still looking like we are not totally crazy.

The end of the year is approaching, and tax preparation should be under way for most of us.With the introduction of the tax reform bill, how has your tax strategy changed?

So a tenant who has been slightly difficult since move in approximately (Dec 2012) who hasn't paid rent this month (eviction process underway) to say that she can't afford the property because the electric bill is extremely high and she will be moving out on March 1st because she can't afford the rent if her electric bills are going to be that high.

However, at this stage of the cycle I am hesitant to jump into New Construction, especially with interest rates on the rise and a recession now underway.
