This platform is second-to-none when it comes to educating oneself on real estate investing. 

I know that you want all of your investment back, you may find other private or hard money lenders out there that are willing to take that risk, so posting on the BP platform is a good move to get the attention of someone willing to do just that.

However, while I think it's a great platform, if I just spent a ton of money on a website using a different platform, I may not necessarily switch to Wordpress just because "it's best for SEO" -- because you can optimize most anything.
