Business and Real Estate Lawyer Ohio and Florida
Hi everyone,
I've maintained a somewhat quiet profile on BiggerPockets for about a year now, but figured I would re-introduce myself. I'm Chris and am a licensed lawyer in both Ohio and Florida. I practice in business and real estate law, helping investors through a variety of legal issues including: Contract negotiation, zoning and annexation, entity structuring, finance acquisition, Landlord-Tenant, HOA, and more.
