@David Famiglietti,I've done many love triangle and couple-of-couples mortgages (welcome to the Bay Area), it's not really a super big deal once you've got the first one under your belt as a lender.

The design varies, sometimes it is a tiny red triangle shape, other times it is a circle alternating black/white on the face.

Hi, I'm new to BP.... from the Triangle in NC (I live in Chapel Hill).

I want to expand down into the research triangle area sometime this year though & would be interested in hearing your thoughts on possibly partnering up like this on some deals.

There is always a dilemma in a triangle, there's always scope, price, and time, you can only choose two, balancing the three is hard enough for us to do, how much more if we accommodate all 3.
