A recent trend I am seeing is sellers posting notes with a Total Payoff NOT being what the current amount due to the lender to satisfy the loan is, BUT they are taking the total number of remaining payments x the monthly P&I payment.For example a $100,000 loan that was 6% and $600/month.

One way they try to reverse this trend is to tighten up on the underwriting guidelines.

But the trendy entitled people don't want to live in these areas.

I think the trend is moving in the right direction but TX just banned Delta 8, so who knows anymore?

I caution against this:  Vacationers to the mountains do not typically want their accommodation to appear trendy.  

Let's be real for a second: LVP and Laminate flooring alternatives look sleek, trendy, crisp, and clean... and make economical sense when comparing to hardwood/bamboo.

Personally I think the trend is towards negative interest rates (look at every other countries trends) which would indicate deflationary pressure but you can make make a very strong argument for either or!
