It’s a 3 bedroom home, brand new build and just shy of 1500 sq ft.

Hey everyone,I'm in the process of purchasing a multi-family apartment building and just discovered none of the current tenants have any kind of move-in inspection. 

Some of the challenges I've had with areas like Texas and Florida is that they are doing so much building that the only way you can compete is by price. 

I have not lived in the areas, have a friend that lives in Laconia so likely will be looking for a 2-4 unit that we will live in and work on fix and flips to build capital for the next purchase.Appreciate the support everyone!

If there are certain areas that you're looking where there aren't any four Plexes, consider building one.

I also really like the idea of building a brand that you could sell.
