And, likely because home runs are more common in this world than on publicly listed properties you can find on the MLS.Wholesaling and wholesalers are a real part of the ecosystem, but not the 80/20 of this industry, or even the 90/10.I agree that wholesale deals are no different, and often no better, than on-market deals, and come with added risks, faster closing timetables, and the need for cash or hard money in many cases.I've contemplated listing my properties "off-market" in the past, and even gotten some inbound interest.
