So glad I did as I've been surfing around the forum finding a lot of great information.  

It's like surfing - it's an amazing once you're out there, but you have to get past the breaking waves first

I want freedom to spend time with my 5 children and 14 grandchildren, globe-trot with my lovely wife of 41 years and surf, surf, surf when the surf's up.

I've experienced it in the blink of an eye while surfing and I've experienced it over several month's/years as bigger decisions played out.  

I am working on a long term recreational development there involving the surf community.In the meantime I am looking for multi units out there to facilitate the project.Thanks for asking and we'll see you around.

I still rely on realtors to bring me deals but I love being able to go in properties on my own and surf the MLS.
