Even a hotel project is underway.

As a guest, if I have to stress that there’s not enough TP, or I have to waste my time making beds (or stripping them along with a list of other ridiculous checkout chores) I might as well have just stayed in a hotel.

There are a limited number of permits available in each neighborhood and there is competition from hotels and push back from the community.

Corporate housing dealing with insurance claims is when some files a insurance claim do to a fire or flood … etc  and they stay at your house instead of a hotel so they can still have a house instead hotel to be more comfortable 

I locked in the early bird price of $3,536, which includes the hotel and conference tickets for two people. 

For our guest arriving today, we contacted them and offered to put them up in a hotel. 

And fly to the area multiple times - if you can't afford to do this I would say someone isn't ready to invest OOS (any potential property issues are going to cost more than a flight, hotel stay and a rental car.

Also, I have my general contractors license and make my living as a commercial senior construction project manager remodeling multi-family buildings and hotels nationally. 

In the end we pitched seller financing, which I thought they'd never go for, but we ended up working something out on pretty favorable terms.I'm interested to connect with others who are doing boutique hotels / STR hotels, whatever you want to call it. 

I have always wanted to build unique structures using my creativity while also gaining cash flow using my hotel management background.
