You could offer to provide some service to them (not sure what your day job is, if you have one) such as being a birddog, stuffing envelopes, etc. to learn their tricks.Another possibility if you know that you can get a stellar deal with cash is to network with Private / Hard money lenders willing to fork over the full amount, then find once the loan is seasoned (6-12 months) refinance at a better rate.

Shortly thereafter interest rates pushed into the neighbourhood of 18 - 20% {imagine a mortgage rate like your credit card}, things stalled, and household income/prosperity was dealt a blow from which many argue it has never recovered in this country.Confidence is good, but be confident in the knowledge that the divergence between household income and housing prices/costs have never been greater and, in many areas handily exceed the rate of local/regional economic growth.Just as it would be a missed opportunity to sit on the stuffed mattress and wait for things to return to the range of historic normal, it would equally illogical to assume the current pattern, despite its incredible longevity, cannot come unravelled overnight.
