It's going to offer Strong economic growth, Appreciation (especially in DFW), Tax advantages (no state income tax), and a Growing population, including infrastructure and amenities.

By year 5 we had around 55 people.We did hire a marketing person but frankly marketing wasn't our strong suit. 

Another important thing to keep in mind is that markets with strong cashflow won't typically have as much appreciation.

If a person has to ask, at all, I STRONGLY advise to use a PM service for tenant placement.
