I currently work with investors in the states and out of the states to build a portfolio in Turn-Key, Single-family long-term rentals.

It starts with doing 10-20% of the work and paying much lower taxes.

Since I'm just starting, I'd appreciate any insights on:-The best ways to build trust and credibility as a beginner.

The hours are erratic, it's all commission based and I'd say it takes about 20k to get started depending on the market.

Here in the USA you have to be licensed to build a structure that will house someone else.
