I occasionally get requests to manage commercial and love to have a referral source. 

They do not want to reveal the money trail (true source of funds).

My favorite source is Navy Federal for its long draw period of 20 years, and Figure for its fast funding.  

Given the expected appreciation, what is your expected total return if you hold it over the next 5 years.Can you cover the large negative cash flow, turnover costs and maintenance from other sources?

I suggest you find other sources of income or partner on deals to grow your real estate portfolio.

It's worth $149 (prices went up) for a year to see if it will be a good tenant source.
