How will you manage them while trying to be "passive" and sitting on a beach sipping Pina Coladas?

I discussed the impact of our beach STRs in San Diego (is there a more drive to destination with Los Angeles (12.6m), Tijuana (2.3m), Orange County (3.6m), San Diego (3.3m) all within a couple hour drive of our STRs?)

Then the Disney area may be a good fit.But if you watched some youtube channel with someone, who seems to get a deceitfully large percentage of their info from selling courses, preaching the dream of massive upfront cashflow that you can then leverage into another down payment next year and so on while exponentially increasing your wealth so you can quit your job and live on the beach in Aruba, Disney is the wrong market for you unless you're willing to invest substantially into super tippy top end theming.The good news if you're in the former camp is that prices have come down quite a bit here compared to most of the country with all of the saturation/competion. 

I would prefer some green areas (but should be closer to beach) so that it still is attracted to STR.

Honestly, the entire situation was a nightmare—except for one silver lining: meeting Melissa.

Mine were: 216 Earl Street, Daytona Beach, FL, purchase price $325,000 and $289,0001189 Jimmy Ann Drive, Daytona Beach, FL purchase price $89,000 and $135,000There were 4 contracts, two for each address with the different prices, had the seller's name and his name as the buyer.  

I see more and more of these gurus with Facebook campaigns of late and know that they are reeling in people that are looking for a silver bullet that is not coming.OK, I will get off my soapbox :)
