Two siblings had inherited the property 50/50 and had partially renovated it.

My mom named each of my siblings as members of the board of the LLC that holds all our properties.  

Not sure if that is a cousin relationship, a step child, an adoption or a sibling, but they sure play together. :)

So, yesterday we sent for a secured credit card[ you borrow your own money] As soon as his back pay arrives we are going to get him a passbook savings loan [meaning once again he will be borrowing his own money.He has siblings and some of my grandkids who lay floors,paint houses, and do electrical work who would help us refurbish the house.

My family and I are currently dealing with my grandparents property in which we would ideally buy out the other siblings ownership....easier said then done!

Siblings are ok, but spouses, kids and I believe inlaws are not.

Long story short, my mom's siblings fought over the house for several years and was left vacant.

I've got a generous older family member that wants to step away from a 100% owned 30 yr old duplex & deed it over to myself & my 2 siblings.
