Immediately, I performed a Roth conversion, and instead of paying taxes on $50K I'm paying taxes only on $21K.

The moderator took it down before and said that it should be in the classifieds but hopefully this time around they can see for certain that I’m just having a conversation and not trying to sell anyone on anything.

Listening to YouTube big shots that have great advice on professional ways to handle problematic guests ( most are great but everyone will get bad apples), staying at the property when you have an open window of time and actually get the guest experience (this is critical), and looking at your click thru and conversion rates to get a good baseline.There is way more work to running an STR than a LTR.

But I got paid maybe 50 days after we had our first conversation and I probably juggled a few headaches for you to make the process as smooth as possible along the way.

I've read through the notes on the conversations you had with my team as well as pulling real numbers on your maintenance and property turn costs and your lease terms.

I'd try to fill at least a few spots to get some income coming in, and then do a rolling conversion to MTR as you have the cash to outfit a unit with everything an MTR needs.
