I am planning my first "Official" scouting trip for this coming week. 

I've scouted some neighborhoods and have noticed quite a few run-down homes that I would love to contact the owner on (ultimately to brrrr) but can't figure out how to find their addresses (aside from one website that charges $20 per report per property.)

We take multiple trips and scout out multiple neighborhoods on each trip.  

Simply put I went out and scouted the best STR operators at small and growing size, a focus on quality operations.

Please offer examples besides visiting the area and neighborhood scout.

We've been scouting and chatting with a few agents / lenders and have viewed some properties.

Scout places for rent not by a major PM company and inquire about a purchase. 

Next step is to scout out potential properties and get comps for what the property would be worth once completely renovated.

I'd also scout the first time home buyer incentives available. 

I’ve been scouting house on Zillow and RedSkin, but I don’t know where I can find any off market deals.
