Temple now attracts students from more affluent backgrounds in the Philadelphia suburbs (kudo's to the school for raising it's academic reputation).

Would appreciate pros and cons of each based on your experience.The location has decent visibility on 355 and surrounded by residential, Clarksburg outlet mall, good schools, business etc.

I have tons of questions and hope I can attend one of those Note school one day.

If you are graduating from Medical school and starting a residency, typically you will match in March and get your contract in April/May. 

If you sign a lease with a nursery school teacher and CPA with credit scores of 800+ with a 3-year-old, what’s the likelihood that they will suddenly start cooking meth and destroying your property? 

Until out of school and then it's straight into the pit and good luck fighting for survival, get with reality and all that.......
