I plan on basically rotating between each unit for a short time period during which I will perform the interior updates and then move out and rent when done.    

It meets once a month; check their Facebook page for the times and places as it rotates. 

If I had to make a bullish argument for inflation adjusted home prices rising it would be due to capital flows rotating out of cash to avoid paying interest on deposits or just chasing yield because negative interest rates pulling down returns even lower.  

Like every day I am rotating listings, taking calls/texts/emails, making showing appointments.  

It sounds like you are quite leveraged and that is causing you financial strain, which is a structural problem in your finances. 

Rot at the window-sill and around the window is usually a point of water intrusion, improper flashing, and other issues. 

With payoff amounts for each property written into the note they are well designed for rotating properties without undoing the whole loan. 

We also use the Omnidirectional Rotatable Hinges  4" Long so it's an easier fit.

Quick info on me I'm 21 and I have a W2 job my hours are 7pm-7am on a rotating shift.

So my argument for higher prices isn't exactly comforting, but if negative rates go low enough it could produce a massive rotation of capital into real estate sending prices even higher.... or if velocity picks up, inflation could send the nominal value higher as well.
