Hello.
I am a police officer and I am retiring soon. I plan to use my pension to start buying small homes and duplexes for long term cash flow. Once I retire I will get another steady job and use the pension check for saving and investment. I am several years out from starting but I need to start getting my financial IQ up. I am 46 now. By the time I reach my late fifties I would like to own 8 or ten properties.
