Deal sourcing-  if you’re willing to search regionally, don’t ask anyone to sell that isn’t already in a sale mode. “ No marketing.”

If so, could you share some sources?

The only source for all the local information needed is an experienced local team.

I have a contract template for a double close, but not for an assignment contract, I will have to source that for each of the locations we have deals.

However my back end split is better.. since I sourced it ran it and had to front all costs to get to the profits and returns to investors are about what your talking about.

If you want to fill your property with residents sourced from the companies above, imagine being the overworked, relatively low-level employee tasked with finding the appropriate housing ASAP.

We are sourcing our own deals at this point to get a better advantage.
