The pandemic has reduced inventory - foreclosures/evictions have been reduced, people refrained from listing their homes because they didn't want to invite COVID into their homes, companies moving to 100% remote work allowing people to move to more desired locations, people moving out of cities because of the civil unrest and riots they have been experiencing, etc...

First, you need to get bullet proof riot shield, 2 ferocious doberman pinschers, 3 cans of bear mace, 4 lbs of TNT....ok, enough movies and videos games for me.Diplomacy usually takes care of 50%, and then police, if you are lucky enough to live in an area where the police will respond to low priority noise complaints.FYI, police dispatchers in dense urban areas will give higher priority to multiple calls for a single address, make all the neighbors aware of this, so they all call at once.
