The upstairs tenant was in a rush to go somewhere and had to use the restroom so they did their thing, flushed the toilet and ran out of the house (around 2AM). 

I know they have a historic preservation commission and their are things to consider on commercial like handicap parking, access to restroom etc.. 

What if your stockbroker told you that you'd have to clean the restrooms at IBM if you wanted to buy their stock?

What is the average % of usable space vs. rentable space      like restrooms,  breakrooms, hallways, staircase, elevators ect.  

My wife came  back from the restroom with her eyes VERY wide open.  

Do you care that ABC dealership has clean restrooms?

Upgraded the building inside/out - repaired 4 AC units, restrooms.

I would say location, location, location...Right at the entrance, rest room, or food court, more see more consistent and great foot traffic

For the landlord/owner...not much...for the new tenant that did not know the A/C was in bad shape, the restrooms were in bad shape, the refer in the kitchen was on it's last leg...lots could go wrong. 

I added value to this deal by remodeling the kitchen, adding new countertops, installing new appliances, replacing carpet in the bedrooms with laminate wood flooring, and updating the restroom vanities.
