If there's a hole, it may be a red flag.b) sensitivity analysis: I examine all the assumptions, and make sure I can live with the worst case scenarios.c) "Stall and see": if they are getting money over multiple years, and there is no penalty for investing later, I would usually wait so I get some real performance data, versus having to look at theoretical pro forma information.d) Recession stress test: I will not invest in anything, until I subject it to recession level stress and see if I can live with the result.

Hey folks,Sorry for the rather broad discussion - I've got a bit of an odd situation right now which is rather time-sensitive, so I wanted to get this out sooner (even in a more broad & vague form) rather than later.I've decided to quit my relatively high paying job in the near future to travel for awhile (couple years, visiting home ever few months or so) and possibly even retire early.

@Mark S. 90-92% is a pretty solid occupancy rate.Since "good" vs "bad" occupancy rate depends on so many factors, the presence of a sensitivity analysis is a nice touch by Syndicators.
