Is there any quicker easier path when the impact is less minimal than 3 large trees growing in the area? 

One great thing about LLC is though that you can build business credit and get Business Line Of Credit further down the line and scale quicker!!

I’m just not sure if my first REI should tie up my money in a long term asset (appreciation) vs investing in a quicker ROI (fix&flip, BRRRR, wholesale, or simply cashflow)The typical down payment in Denver metro for single family is around 80k (which I don’t have in liquidity).  

At meetups you will find investors who will tell who their go to is and that is a way better recommendation and will also help you vet neighborhoods much quicker.

With quicker transactions and less market saturation than traditional real estate, this niche offers unique growth opportunities.

Bacteria is even quicker for the most part.SARS and MERS are in the 4 hour range on average.There is sooooo much that goes into this.

However, the quicker you can start building a network, the quicker and easier you can start making the right moves in your journey!

Thanks mate, I was able to force my achievements in a very hard-working,  unsophisticated and through a lot of sacrifice away…To be honest, I wouldn’t recommend others choose the same path.I think there are a lot of competent, more successful, and much more experienced folks posting on this thread than myself.They have achieved better success in a more elegant and less backbreaking way than I have 🙏👍With that said, my points are always stressed around “You can’t get something for nothing” and the folks that want to use leverage think it’s quicker and easier.That’s the “something for nothing” approach in my opinion

If you are a saver like you said it does work well to pay off the loan quicker! 

It's going to sneak up on the doomers quicker than they think, but it's not going to take over the world like the boomers think tomorrow.
