Being completely transparent - any CPA can use tax / legal jargon to make a “great sounding sales pitch”, but if their firm has a reputation of low-quality client service and higher than market CPA fees, it’s likely not a fit.

We purchased July 23, it’s a remorseful purchase in terms of quality (new build, got a 5% interest rate). 100% NOT our forever home. 

I had a tenant force me to pay for some dumb azz air quality test where she claimed my air was bad and making her sick. 

At worst, fair chance of some quality mentors. 

Some people will say, "Take out a quality Insurance Policy and you will be protected."
