Are you trying to punish the guy for some imagined slight?

I'm not the kind of person who's happy doing the 9-5 job, and do not think that just because i made a mistake I should be punished the rest of my life for it.

@Matti Koester  That seems totally ridiculous that they would punish you for offering a special you were told about by your manager.  

I think these are great laws because they punish the dishonest folks.

If they counter back anything different than your original offer, you must PUNISH them.

It’s punishable by civil suit and deducted from the past tenants salary, or by criminal offense which could land the tenant in jail if the landlord tries to cash the PDC and it is insufficient.

Also, what "punishment" fits what "crime"?

Personal responsibility is once again on the rise and should be rewarded as well as punished.

Mortgage fraud is very real and the punishment Is very strict and tough if your found to have committed it.. not worth the risk. 

This single fam had major roof and ceiling damage... probably a bit more involved than a newbie should undertake but I'm a gluten for punishment and I figure this will finally grow hairs on my chest, LOL.
