The best projects I've seen from my desk are folks who are doing hyper-targeted, well-researched deals that are generally in higher cost of living (there are exceptions) areas. 

I got a deal on labor as I know the contractor personally and helped out a bit with the project.

It's very hard to say if a 50/50 cash flow split is good without seeing the numbers for the project.

Thoughtful upgrades and efficient project management made this a successful venture, highlighting the strength of our partnership and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

However, and I don't know anything about AirBnB in Denver, but my biggest concern for this project is the ability to consistently rent the basement for $1,800.
