I used to pinch every penny and try to do all this myself, I'd get my mom and sisters to come to town, I'd buy pizza and beer and we'd go from house to house cleaning, painting and fixing things.

I do my best to spread the knowledge and help those that find themselves in a tight pinch with a little direction.

Unfortunately, they change $40 an hour, which is more than I like except when I'm in a scheduling pinch.
