First time poster (just signed up today :D ), long time networker and forum goer.

I have recently, through various searches on topics such as REO Tapes, REI, and many others, stumbled on to this site various times. I felt as colleague of mine from another site mentioned his involvement and felt fate had introduced me so I HAD to sign up.

I look forward to networking with you all.

My experience is in lender negotiations and have a vast background due to having worked internally for one of the largest lenders in the U.S. I worked with Loss Mitigation Services and Workout helping resolve peoples issues with completing everything from Short Sales to Deed in Lieus of Foreclosure.

Now my focus has taken me to the other side of the fence working between lenders, homeowners, investors, and many others who find themselves in the need working out arrangements with a loan servicer.
