Am I better off just maxing out my conventional slots before I go the alternate route?

My profit is halved, which REALLY slows down the cash flow which was slotted to go towards my next property.

PG County you can not, though you can still have roommates in PG if you stay under the occupancy limits.

I took the first offered appraisal slot offered by the assigned appraisal company which is picked by the underwriters. 

On the US embassy's website it states taht notarization service requires advance appointment, however when I try to schedule an appoint on US embassy's website, there is not a single available time slot.
