So far, no issue other than the biosecurity stuff.

Getting more mortgages does not help me with the two issues I outlined - spending less time on real estate and freeing up head-space.

I agree with the other comment, you unfortunately do not get that money back even if the seller was not upfront on an issue. 

If you do not, I would still love to connect sometime when time permits.

To help avoid a lot of these issues I would think about buying a "Modular" or use a "Tiny Home" vendor who offer these in many states.
