CHANGING LLC OWNERSHIP PERCENTAGE?
23 January 2009 | 1 reply
The first has 75% ownership and the second has 25%.In a more complex case, one member would generate an ownership percentage based on contribution of labor, property, materials, patents or anything else.Your operating agreement should spell this out.If its the first case, the first member would sell one third of your ownership to the second member.
