This can be done in long, overlapping strips, around the supports. 

There would be two rows deep and every few courses up, they would run a brick course that overlaps the outer and inner courses. 

If that’s the case, cut off the overlapping edge.

Same here.I use a water base stain in past woodworking, the trick is to stir constantly keeping the same consistency, use a sponge, apply in even long strokes. water base doesn't get the overlap of heavier staining as old oil stains do or at least use to.

I looked at hundreds and hundreds of actual hand written envelopes, and noticed that most people are a little sloppy with the return address (lines overlapping a bit) and are just a tad more careful with the sending address, but loops and swirls still interweaving.

PS again this is a quick build/render, so there are some obvious issues (such as the overlapping upper cabinets). :) 

Usually they show up a little before or after that time, so there's usually no overlap. 

Can anyone compare these two, is some of the material overlaping?

In their target market, which overlapped mine, AH4R over the course of 18 months or so bought everything available.
