Given that the lease agreement had a 30 day notice period clause, I asked when the tenant was going to move out.

@Hai Le - Usually you have to provide written notice / 30 day notice if you decide to not renew their lease or even just asking a tenant to leave.

I've noticed properties that are 2 bedrooms or less tend to perform better on this platform.
