I think the cheapest option is a small lock box mounted somewhere on the property.

Solid vinyl plank glued down--no space for anything getting between the plank and subfloor. 

I am not glued to my phone, especially texts may sit.

For parking and driveways you will most likely need a small (7.5' western is great) plow mounted to a decent sized trucks (f250 and 2500 would be good for small lots).

It is a fully glued, high quality, glossy, and very ugly sheet vinyl.

If not, a free-standing, wall-mounted, or countertop wine rack will do the trick.
